DB Performing Arts


This course in customer service stresses subjects such as presentation of product and business, representation, dealing with different situations in the workplace, body language and much more. There are bad days, bad customers but more often, there is bad customer service.

If you are not taking care of your customers, who is?

The course is modified to fit the specific business and work around real problems the clients may have, such as:

  • Dealing with customer situations

  • Appearance and body language

  • Listening skills

  • Communication

  • Feedback question and answer period.

  • All sessions with DB Performing Arts include take home packages of helpful materials and worksheets, filming for recognition and growth and exercises with hands on capabilities.

    Some of the exercises will be filmed and viewed by the participants for educational purposes only.
